So what is our soy custard?

So you may or may not have noticed our new product on the shelves, Soy custard! soycups

Although the name is a little ambiguous, it’s really a classic staple formatted for every day use. Soy custard essentially is tofu dessert or silken tofu that is flavoured and put into a convenient to-go format. With an ever growing population allergic to numerous things, we wanted to create an alternative for those lactose intolerant. Whether you are just looking for a quick snack or a treat you don’t need to feel guilty about, it’s a great alternative with on average less sugar and just as healthy for you!

Water, Soybeans, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Calcium Sulphate. Done, 5 ingredients. Healthy and simple.

Generic Yogurt:

Cultered Pasteurized Grade A Low Fat Milk, Sugar, Fruit, Modified Corn Starch, Nonfat Milk, Gelatin, Citric Acid, Colored with Beet Juice, Trioaloium Phosphate, Natural Flavor, Pectin, Vitamin A Acetate

I’m not even sure what half of those things are, or why I would want modified corn starch in my yogurt but I’ll let you be the judge.
