Organic Extra Firm Tofu (350g)

org-extra-firm
Organic Extra Firm Tofu has a very firm, dense meat-like texture, and is made with certified organic soybeans. Referred to often as the “other, other white meat,” this popular mainstream variety is often used as a meat substitute.

Cooking Suggestions
Great for grilling, but be sure to marinate overnight so the tofu can soak up more flavour. Crumble by hand, or with a fork or potato masher. The consistency will resemble ground meat – but it’s cholesterol-free!

Organic Soy Drink – Unsweetened (1.95L)

org soy drink - unsweetened

Organic Unsweetened Soy Drink is deliciously rich and creamy. It is slightly thicker than our regular Soy Drink which gives it a slightly stronger bean flavour.

You may notice some soy solids but don’t worry they are completely natural. The batches of soybeans may vary slightly, and as a result, sometimes the protein when heated at a high temperature during soy milk production, may release a thin film also referred to as soy milk skin. This film appears only randomly in all of our Soy Drinks. The soy milk skin is not only edible but also highly nutritious!

Serving Suggestions
Serving Suggestions Serve hot or cold. Substitute anywhere you’d use regular dairy milk. Use in coffee or tea instead of cream – but be sure to warm up the soy milk first, otherwise the heated beverage will make it curdle. Unsweetened soy milk is ideal for cooking or baking where traditional milk is called for, such as in scalloped potatoes or creamy soups.
