Banana Blueberry Smoothie

A healthy sweet soy treat!

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 pkg Superior Tofu’s Sweetened Soy Dessert
  2. ½ cup Superior Tofu Fresh Soy Drink (Sweetened)
  3. ¾ cup Blueberries
  4. 1 Banana

Instructions

1. Wash blueberries. Cut banana into small pieces and place into the bowl of a blender.

2. Add the soy drink and tofu dessert. Blend on lowest speed until smooth, about 5 seconds.

3. Gradually add the blueberries while continuing to blend on low. Once the blueberries have been incorporated, increase speed, and blend to desired consistency.
